Ticket Terms and Conditions - By Purchasing a Ticket through the Starbelly Jam Society, you are entering an agreement under the following:

All ticket sales are final. There are NO refunds, credits, or exchanges after the Ticket order has been confirmed. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Starbelly Jam Society's control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters( wildfire, flood, severe storms, earthquake etc) pandemic or epidemic, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. A Ticket is for the Starbelly Jam Music Festival, not a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice and any change to Festival programming is not grounds for a refund.

Starbelly Jam Society and their ticketing partners will not be held liable for any form of damage to, or loss of a Ticket whatsoever. In the event of loss or theft, the Ticket Holder may not claim a replacement Ticket or the refund of any amount paid.

Unauthorized reproduction of tickets is not permitted.

Starbelly Jam Society does not accept liability for Tickets acquired by the Ticket holder from third parties. In addition, Starbelly Jam Society cannot guarantee the authenticity of such Tickets.

Starbelly Jam Society staff have the right to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Reasons are including but not limited to: trespassing, disorderly behaviour, intoxication, prohibited items, breach of security restrictions.

The Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger as part of any event for which this ticket is used. Ticket holder waives all claims against Starbelly Jam Society, it's staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and the Crawford Bay & District Hall & Parks Association. Attendees must comply with all laws and facility rules.

Your tickets are being purchased from Starbelly Jam Society (the organizer). Tickit's services are limited to generating tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. All communications or disputes regarding refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
